SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not normally dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

UNITED KINGDOM

We currently offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland and Northern Ireland orders.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times are typically 2–4 working days, although some deliveries may take longer during busy periods.

Tracking information will be provided where available and may not be immediately visible until the carrier has processed the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed automatically at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products ordered and the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

• Republic of Ireland: 3–7 working days

• Europe: 4–10 working days

• United States: 5–14 working days

• Canada: 5–14 working days

• Australia & New Zealand: 7–21 working days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, border processing, local carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs charges, clearance fees or other local charges that may apply.

EveryTool Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

If import duties, taxes or customs charges are refused by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs charges, clearance fees, carrier administration charges and other associated costs will be deducted from any refund before it is issued.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused by the customer, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or returned because delivery could not be completed, any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees and administrative costs incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. We will assist customers in resolving delivery issues; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, carrier operational issues, industrial action, border delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

Additional shipping costs incurred as a result of incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, redirection requests or customer-supplied delivery errors may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund issued.

TRACKING

Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided once available from the carrier.
