These terms apply to purchases made through EveryTool.co.uk. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices and photographs. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Please check sizes, compatibility and intended use before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a product. Advice we provide does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions or safety guidance.

Goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any particular purpose made known to us and accepted by us before purchase.

3. Orders and acceptance

Please check your order and delivery details before submitting payment.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

If we cannot accept an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or we cannot arrange delivery—we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the affected items.

If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website and at checkout. Applicable VAT and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Prices may change for future orders. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within one working day, unless another timeframe is stated for the product or agreed with you.

We offer free standard delivery on UK orders and worldwide shipping. International charges are calculated at checkout. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, contact us for a quotation.

Delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping policy. Where no delivery date has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Using a delivery carrier does not remove our obligations to you.

For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or someone you nominate, except where you independently appoint a carrier we have not offered.

6. International orders

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges may apply to international orders. Unless checkout expressly states that these are included or collected by us, you are responsible for charges payable to the destination authorities or carrier.

Contact us if you need information before ordering. We cannot guarantee the amount of charges assessed by overseas authorities.

Any costs associated with refused or returned international shipments will be assessed individually. We will explain any proposed deduction, and will only make deductions permitted by applicable law. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

We offer 30 days from delivery to request an eligible change-of-mind return, as described in our Return and refund policy.

For most online purchases, UK consumers also have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Applicable exceptions are explained in our Return and refund policy.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. If we arrange a paid return label, we will agree its cost with you beforehand.

These arrangements do not limit mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact sales@mc-fee.co.uk if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please provide your order details and explain the problem.

We will cover reasonable return postage where the return results from our error or goods being faulty, damaged or not as described. Contact us first so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Your statutory rights may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. They are not limited to our voluntary 30-day returns period.

Manufacturer guarantees are additional to your statutory rights.

9. Safe use

Follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product, including requirements for suitable protective equipment.

Do not use products for purposes for which they are unsuitable or modify them contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

This section does not exclude our responsibility for defective products, inaccurate descriptions or advice for which we are legally responsible.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable where it is an obvious consequence or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Business purchases

If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, statutory rights reserved for consumers may not apply. Any separate business terms must be expressly agreed before the order is accepted.

Our stated voluntary returns offer applies unless we agree different arrangements with you before purchase.

12. Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Website content belongs to us or its respective owners and licensors. You may use it for browsing, choosing and purchasing products. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

14. Complaints

Please send complaints to sales@mc-fee.co.uk or contact us using the details above. Include your order number and the outcome you are seeking so we can investigate.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law, including the courts where you live where those rules permit.
